Terms of Service Welcome to TailorMade Dance-Floors. By accessing or using our services at 10700 Caribbean Blvd, Suite 301, Cutler Bay, FL, United States, you agree to adhere to and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site or our services. Service Agreement TailorMade Dance-Floors specializes in providing customized dance floor solutions for a variety of events. Our services include design, installation, and removal of vinyl dance floor wraps as per client specifications. By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process, and to communicate any changes to your event promptly.  Payment and Fees All service fees will be disclosed upon initial consultation and detailed in the contract provided prior to commencement of work. Full payment is required by the date specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to terminate our services if payments are not received in full by the due date. Cancellation and Refunds If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us at least 60 days prior to your scheduled date. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the notice provided. Refunds will be processed within 90 days of cancellation confirmation, minus any applicable fees. Liability TailorMade Dance-Floors aims to ensure that all safety measures are followed during installation and use of dance floors. However, we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur as a result of using our products or services. Clients are advised to ensure all guests obey safety regulations while utilizing event facilities. Changes to Terms TailorMade Dance-Floors reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
