When Two Powerhouses Collide: NAWP x NACE Networking Event at Revolution LiveLast week, we had the incredible opportunity to attend a vibrant networking event that brought together some of the best in the event planning industry. Held at the iconic Revolution Live in Fort Lauderdale, the evening was a celebration of collaboration, connection, and community. This wasn’t just any industry mixer — this event was the result of two respected organizations, NAWP (National Association of Wedding Professionals) and NACE (National Association for Catering and Events), joining forces. When two powerhouses like these collaborate, you know it’s going to be something special — and it absolutely was. From the moment we walked in, the energy was electric. Live music set the tone for a lively atmosphere, the drinks were flowing, and the bite-sized eats were nothing short of perfection. It was the kind of night where old friends reconnected, and new relationships were sparked.

We loved getting to meet so many incredible vendors — from seasoned pros we've worked with before to fresh faces we’re excited to collaborate with in the future. Events like this remind us why we love what we do. They give us space to be inspired, network with like-minded creatives, and celebrate the amazing work happening across our industry.A huge thank you to both NAWP and NACE for bringing the industry together and curating such a memorable experience. When collaboration leads, magic happens — and this event was proof.Until next time, cheers to growing together!

Island Elegance: Anna & Michael’s Dream Wedding in Bimini, Bahamas

On April 22, 2025, we had the incredible opportunity to attend a vibrant networking event that brought together passionate professionals across the hospitality and events industries. The energy was contagious, and the room was filled with genuine conversation, collaboration, and new connections that we're excited to nurture. One of the highlights of the evening was hearing from the esteemed Dr. Peter Ricci, an influential voice in hospitality education and innovation. His keynote speech was a powerful reminder that the hospitality industry is in a period of transformation—driven by technology, evolving guest expectations, and a renewed emphasis on authentic, personalized experiences.Dr. Ricci emphasized the importance of adaptability, emotional intelligence, and creating unforgettable moments that go beyond service. His insights sparked thoughtful discussion among attendees and left us inspired to raise the bar even higher for our own clients and collaborators. But beyond the thought leadership, the event was a celebration of connection. These changes will impact not only our direct customers but also our wholesale partners, vendors, and industry collaborators. As a result, we will be implementing a new pricing structure that reflects the rising costs in our supply chain. This change is necessary to maintain the high-quality products and services you've come to expect from us.What This Means for You: ✅ Customers with deposits already in place will not be affected. ✅ New pricing will be announced via email in the coming weeks. ✅ Price increases will go into effect immediately after the new rates are released. ✅ Both direct bookings and wholesale/vendor orders will be subject to the updated pricing. Why You Should Book Now We understand that many clients wait until closer to their event date to finalize details. However, we strongly encourage you to secure your booking now to lock in current pricing before the increases take effect. Waiting may result in paying more than anticipated — especially as these changes are industry-wide and beyond our control. For questions, quotes, or to secure your date, please contact us directly:📧 Email: tailormadedancefloors@gmail.com 📞 Phone: 786 273 9668 🌐 Website: www.tailormadedancefloor.com 📍 Serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties

With its elevated ambiance and cozy yet modern feel, it was the perfect setting for meaningful morning conversations among event professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs. There’s something refreshing about gathering early in the day—coffee in hand, minds open, and the collective energy focused on connection and growth. From exchanging ideas to forming new collaborations, the event offered a valuable space to engage with some of the best in the business. One of the most memorable moments came from our guest speaker, Bill Hansen—a true legend in the South Florida events and catering world. Bill generously shared personal stories, business strategies, and timeless advice from his decades of experience. His insights reminded us of the power of consistency, the importance of adapting to change, and why relationships remain at the heart of everything we do.Some key takeaways from Bill's talk:Innovation keeps your brand fresh—don’t be afraid to evolve Relationships matter more than transactions Consistency builds trust, and trust builds longevity Reinvention is a strength, not a setback We left feeling inspired, motivated, and more connected than ever.🎯 Special thanks to FOCUS Miami for curating such a thoughtful and engaging event. Their dedication to bringing the local event community together continues to make a lasting impact, and we’re grateful to be part of it.Whether you’re planning a morning mixer or a full-scale private event, Pinstripes Aventura is a standout venue worth exploring.
